WHAT DOES LA VIE OFFER?
La Vie exists to provide a safe respite for pastors and their families. Be it a quick, refreshing get-away, a pastor’s conference or a long-term stay of restoration, La Vie’s aim is to serve ministering families in all stages of their ministry.
As we aim to create more La Vie locations or services with unique characteristics, one thing will always stay the same: At La Vie, pastors and their families will be loved, served, counselled and prayed for.

Replenishing
This stay is for the pastor in service in need of a rejuvenating time of rest. Be it a quick “all-inclusive”-type of family vacation or a quiet, restful get-away to recharge before heading back, we’ve got it covered. This type of stay is especially suited for churches looking to sustain and strengthen their pastors for the long run.

Reviving
Sometimes, a series of events leads to a point of exhaustion, hurt and doubts. Without a clear refocusing, further ministry is in jeopardy. During longer stays (one week - two months), La Vie’s goal is to help revive the pastor’s joy, marriage and mission by offering experienced pastor-to-pastor counselling, care and partnerships.

Rebuilding
This stay is for those who have been driven to leave the ministry. Be it burn-out, sin or conflicts within the church, pastors who have ended up at this point need a place to go.
La Vie longs to see these formerly ministering families built up, encouraged and counselled restoratively during their stay.
Where is LA Vie Located?
We are beyond grateful to welcome pastors and their familiies at Mayhurst Estate. This beautiful glimpse of heaven is nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in central Virginia.
